Our Delivery Charges

Time to Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 1.00 PM (UK time) on the same day this applies Monday to Friday only, any order received after that time will be dispatched the next working day, please note we do not dispatch on bank holidays. The delivery charge for your order is worked out on the shopping basket page and will depend upon the weight of the items in the basket.

Delivery Options

1. UK Standard delivery

This method of postage is recommended for non urgent orders and orders up to £50 in value. Delivery time for this method is 1-2 days on average. In general we use the Royal Mail signed for service.
If a signature is required and no one is in to receive the package it can be collected from your local Royal Mail office which will be identified on a card that your postman will post though your door, or if you prefer you can re-arrange delivery by calling the telephone number on the card.

2. UK Next working day delivery

This method of postage is recommended for urgent orders and orders £50 & over in value, the full value of the order is covered and delivery is guaranteed the next working day after dispatch. We use either Royal Mail Special Delivery or UPS. Both of these delivery services are fully tracked and traceable, if you need the tracking number please contact us.

Interlink Express:
A signature is required and if no one is in to receive and sign for the package, you will receive a card through the letterbox from the Interlink Express van driver with all the information that you require.

UPS:
A signature is required and if no one is in to receive the package a further two delivery attempts will be made, you will receive a card from the UPS van driver with all the information that you require.

Special Delivery:
A signature is required and if no one is in to receive the package it can be collected from your local Royal Mail office which will be identified on a card that your postman will post though your door, or if you prefer you can re-arrange delivery by calling the telephone number on the card.

3. International delivery

We offer international shipping by International signed for or Air Sure (whichever is applicable to the destination country), this is a priority service from Royal Mail. The final delivery to the customer will be made by the countries national postage service, generally this takes around 3 days. This cost of delivery is again based on the weight of the order and is generated dynamically by the checkout process.
